If you're looking to buy a loft, call Tom.  I called him on a Wednesday, put an offer in the next Saturday. Done.  There were some surprise complications with the closing due to the Seller's messy history with the building's board, but Tom even took care of that. Like a Swiss Army knife, he cut through the fog and got the deal done while I focused on dreaming up what kind of SWING I'd hang from the center of the space and where I'd put the piano.....Tom is old-fashioned, low-hype, down-to-earth, very smart, very efficient service. And he also recommend a 'matching' lawyer who lives and breathes LOFT LAWS.  Stop reading.  Call Tom.  And by the way, if you're on the fence about living in the loft versus a house?  Just walk into one, live.  If you 'get it', you'll never regret it.
