I'm an Ontario licensed Realtor with strong knowledge of the urban living lifestyle in Toronto. I spent my apprenticeship years working with Toronto Lofts, learning the business, buildings, and lifestyle.  I've also lived in both hard and soft lofts as well as multiple condos through out the city, so have a good handle on the pro and cons of each and also know which buildings are preferred.
My previous career in the Financial Services industry consisted of eleven years progressive sales and management experience, mainly in Mutual Funds. It was my experience working in a corporation where I developed my strong planning, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
I have tried to balance my unique blend of sales and operations experience, with as much life diversity as I can manage.  I love traveling and hope to spend my winters where it is warmer.  I'm available for consultations regarding the Toronto real estate market and how a well diversified investment portfolio should include some form of real estate.
